Spread over an area of 25000 sq. ft. our fully equipped manufacturing plant is at Kaman, district Palghar, around 35 kms from Mumbai. Our manufacturing facility includes CNC machines, Powder coating / PU coating plant and a well equipped test lab.
PU Paint
PU paint is the premium range of coating which provides a smooth and luxurious finish to the metallic surface. PU coatings have high resistance against heat, excellent hardness, in-depth clarity and corrosion-resistance. The PU coating prevents the Metal from scratches, dust, water, UV rays, weathering which enhances the Product finish.
Testing Facility
LED lights cannot be manufactured with consistent optical properties as a result of the production processes involved. Brightness and color can vary substantially from component to component even in the same production batch. LED luminaires need to be tested during production and in their final application. Our test lab has equipments for determining luminous intensity, luminous flux, color, spectrum and spatial radiation pattern of led lights. The measurement systems generate very accurate results with reliable reproducibility in conformity with the international guidelines. Nirvana light uses high-performance spectro radiometers to deliver these solutions.
